Nominal 110mm or 4 inch descriptions should not replace an actual outside-diameter check, particularly where existing or non-standard pipework is involved.

Important – VDC115 or VSC115?

The VIPSeal VDC115 flexible connector does not have the central stainless-steel shear band found on a VIPSeal VSC Standard Coupling. VIPSeal recommends VDC couplings for low and non-pressure applications where resistance to heavy earth loads or pipe deflection is not required. Where shear or deflection resistance under heavy earth loads is required, or the installation falls under WIS 4-41-01, a suitable VIPSeal VSC Standard Coupling should be used instead.
