Choosing the Correct Adaptor Opening

First, measure the outside diameter of the waste pipe rather than relying only on its nominal size. Then identify the correct cutting position on the stepped section of the adaptor. Start with the smallest suitable opening. You can enlarge the opening if required, but you cannot replace material after cutting too far. Therefore, check the fit carefully before making the final cut. Use a suitable sharp cutting tool and make a clean, even cut. Remove loose rubber or rough edges before fitting the pipe. The opening should grip the connected waste pipe securely without folding or becoming distorted.

Installing the VIPSeal VDA95 Adaptor

Before installation, clean the waste pipe, adaptor and 110mm drainage connection. Remove mud, grease, grit and other debris that could affect the fit.
