The double socket bend provides a 30° change of direction within compatible 110mm underground drainage systems. The Kayflow UG18 features push-fit ring-seal sockets at both ends, allowing compatible plain-ended drainage pipe or spigot-ended fittings to connect directly into either side. Installing the Double Socket Bend

Before installation, check the drainage route, alignment and required fall. Pipe ends should be cut square where necessary and sharp edges or burrs removed. Inspect both socket seals and make sure they are correctly positioned. Remove soil, grit or other debris before making the joints. Apply a suitable underground drainage lubricant where required. Align each pipe squarely with the socket and push the connection together without forcing it sideways.
